Cordares Pension & Employee Benefits manages and executes pension schemes and other schemes linked to collective labour agreements, on behalf of company and industry wide pension funds. The majority of its clients are from within the construction industry.
Cordares Asset Management
Cordares Asset Management manages funds invested in the global capital market on behalf of its clients. Cordares has been licensed by the AFM, the Dutch financial markets supervisory institution; Cordares Asset Management also holds a SAS 70 Type I and II certification.
Cordares Real Estate
Cordares Real Estate advises clients on real estate investment policies and their practical implementation, on the outsourcing of real estate investment management services, and on the management of indirect real estate investments. These include investments in both listed and unlisted companies, within Europe and beyond the European borders.
Cordares Insurance Group
Cordares Insurance Group and Cordares Consultancy Services both cater to the private-sector market, offering income and life insurance to customers operating in the construction industry. The Cordares Insurance Group product range comprises insurance policies providing coverage against illness, occupational disability, and death, as well as supplementary pension insurances sold both semi-collectively and individually. Professional insurance intermediaries are the group's main distribution channel.
Cordares Consultancy Services operates as an insurance intermediary both for specific sectors such as the construction industry and related trades, and for the general market. It offers health, income, asset and life insurance policies.
A&O Services
A&O Services manages industry schemes agreed under the collective labour agreement for painters, plasterers, custom installers, and terrazzo stone flooring companies.
